Feeding the edges and attachments:
A powered, rubber feed roller guides the edges to the forms. The drive provides a synchronous feed of forms and edges and allows for minimal edge allowances and eliminates adhesive contamination of the edges at the front and rear.
For the processing of strips, the feed roller can be replaced by a needle roller without the need for any tools, thanks to the quick change system. The magazine for wooden sticks holds sticks with a total width of up to 120 mm. The infrared sensor recognizes the edge and activates the edgebander when the edge is in the machine, which avoids improper edge banding.
Feeding components and guide ruler:
The base for feeding the forms, due to the protection of delicate materials, was made in a roll version. The length of the massive feed ruler is 700 mm. The harvesting thickness at the pre-milling unit is electrically controlled in the range of 0.3 mm from the control panel and readout on the monitor.
1.1 kW pre-milling aggregate, Z2 diamond milling cutter:

Glue aggregate with a Teflon container with a capacity of 1.5 kg for granulated EVA or PUR glue:
ready to work after 8 minutes of warm-up. The quick-change system, without tools, guarantees the shortest cleaning and conversion time when changing or changing to a different color of the glue. The synchronized, precisely adjustable glue roller ensures the correct dosage of the glue. Designed for the use of PUR adhesives, taking into account the manufacturer's guidelines.
Pneumatically controlled pressure unit:
One driven roller and two tapered rollers make up the pressing unit. Depending on the edging, you can choose between a high pressure force (roll edging) and a low pressure (wooden edgeband).
Controlled start protects the ends of the mats against dents / damage. The drive provides a synchronous feed of forms and edges, thus enabling the maintenance of short edge allowances and minimizing adhesive contamination on the front and back of the forms. The adjustment is made manually with the help of an analog clock.
End trimming unit with two motors with frequency converters:
